DELIVERY OF CONTRIBUTIONS
Contributions are split into two instalments. They are sent in May and in November to those responsible for our sponsoring groups and those responsible for their distribution.

NOTE : In order to ensure that your donation is sent in May or November it must be received at the PTM office before April 15 and before October 15 otherwise the money will be sent on the next shipment.

CONTRIBUTION REMITTED IN FULL
Except for administrative costs, no percentage is deducted from your contribution. We forward all contributions.

Administrative fees are included in the sponsorship amounts ($5 or $10) and are used to defray expenses associated with sending money and correspondence.
